Walk to Pacifica Beach from this charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage by the beach. Master bedrooms has a queen bed and large closet space. The second bedroom has a twin trundle bed. House has been completely remodeled with Italian tile bathroom complete with separate shower and bathtub. Kitchen opens up to living room and side patio. All new appliances, tile counters and hardwood floors complete this gourmet kitchen. The hardwood floors throughout the house and numerous windows make the house bright and comfortable. A pleasant front yard greets you, with table, chairs, palm tree and parking for several cars. This is a perfect getaway for couples and families with children. You will love the easy walk to the Pacifica Pier and other hiking trails in the vicinity. 15 minute drive to San Francisco and 20 minute drive to the airport. Numerous restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. 30 nights preferred with 7 night minimum considered on a case by case basis. No smoking on the property. No unauthorized guests. 3 person maximum occupancy. $100 utility/water allowance included, guests are responsible for overage.

Small pet considered. Approval of breeds allowed on the premises is at the sole discretion of the Owner or SF Holiday Rentals. Pit Bulls, Pit Bull mix-breeds, or other breeds that are listed as Aggressive or Dangerous Breeds will not be considered.

Prices are based on 30-night minimum occupancy and do not include additional costs for interim cleaning, pet fees, additional guests, security damage insurance policy, and 3-5% processing fees (when applicable). Stays under 30 nights are at the sole discreation of the owner and are subject to a higher nightly rate and 12% occupancy tax. Please inquire for an exact quote.

    Stayed here with my wife while looking to buy a home in the area. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed walking along the beach just a few minutes walk away. Groceries and restaurants are also just a short walk away. The home was comfortable and well appointed. Property manager and owner were great to work with and very responsive. Deck and patio were nice to enjoy the actually-not-that-foggy Pacifica weather. Internet service was adequate, TV ok (no DVR, not HD, but who needs TV in a place like this??). Close to the pier & beach for fishing, crabbing, watching. Humpback whales were visible from shore many days during the summer/fall!
