Unit is furnished with1 queen bed and 1 double bed in two bedrooms with dressers and large closets. 2 twin beds may be available to swop out for the double bed. Galley Kitchen has an eat-in area with table and chairs. Full bathroom has a shower over tub and linen hall closet. All furnishings are new; living room has a futon sofa, flat screen TV, desk and WiFi. Carpeting throughout with linoleum in the kitchen/dining area. Building is across the street from the Sharp Park Golf Course and 2 blocks from the beach. Upper units have small decks and lower units have small patios. Small pet considered with pre-approval, signed pet agreement, and non-refundable pet fee.

No smoking. No unauthorized guests. Ideal for 2 or a couple with child. 4 person maximum occupancy.

Minimum stay 7 nights (call for a nightly rate) with 30 nights preferred.

Prices are based on 30-night minimum occupancy and do not include additional costs for interim cleaning, pet fees, additional guests, security damage insurance policy, and 3-5% processing fees (when applicable). Stays under 30 nights are at the sole discreation of the owner and are subject to a higher nightly rate and 12% occupancy tax. Please inquire for an exact quote.

    Thank goodness we found you. We were having work done on our house and needed a place to stay that would allow a dog. It was really hard to find anything and the ones that we though were good value turned out to be scams and disappeared from Craigslist.

    Once Annette and I spoke, the process for securing the rental was simple. I did check the apartment before we moved in and realized I had once parked closely when chasing a rare bird that turned up on the Sharp Park Gold course.

    The apartment worked out really well for the three of us. My wife and I loved walking along the levee between the beach and the golf course to Mori Point and further south. She was brought up close to the sea. I walked along the levee at night and to the pier and felt very safe. We live in a town where we have to drive to shop so being able to walk to the Oceana supermarket and the Japanese restaurant beside it, worked out well. My daughter liked the smoked salmon from the fish market on Clarendon and Francisco Boulevarde and of course the Perfect Pour Cafe.

    The apartment was well equipped and the layout was good.

    Annette was extremely accommodating when the work at our house fell behind schedule. We thought we needed 4 weeks and stayed 7 weeks.

    I would strongly recommend considering the apartment if you like being close to the sea and enjoy the opportunity to walk to the supermarket and places to eat.
